Refund Policy

Skills are digital files delivered immediately, so this is short and specific.

Before you use the skill

If you bought a skill and have not loaded its instructions, write to us within 14 days and we will refund it in full, no reason needed.

After you use the skill

Once you have loaded the instructions, the skill has been delivered and sales are final, except where the skill is faulty or applicable rights require otherwise. A refund revokes future access; it cannot retract instructions already shared with your AI.

If something is wrong

If a skill cannot be loaded, is not what the listing described, or is broken, tell us and we will fix it or refund you. That applies whether or not you already loaded it.

Free skills

Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.

How to ask

Email hello@buyskillset.com from the address on the order and tell us which skill. Approved refunds are returned through Whop to the original payment method, normally within five to ten business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback. It is faster, and a dispute freezes the order while the bank reviews it.
