Refund Policy

Skills are digital files delivered immediately, so this is short and specific.

Before you download

If you have bought a skill and have not downloaded the file, write to us within 14 days and we will refund it in full, no reason needed.

After you download

Once the file has been downloaded, the product has been delivered in full and sales are final. This is normal for digital goods and is the reason every listing has a free preview of the file before you buy.

If something is wrong

If a file is missing, will not download, is not what the listing described, or is broken, tell us and we will fix it or refund you. That applies whether or not you downloaded it.

Free skills

Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.

How to ask

Email hello@buyskillset.com from the address on the order and tell us which skill. Approved refunds are returned through Whop to the original payment method, normally within five to ten business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback. It is faster, and a dispute freezes the order while the bank reviews it.
