Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of buyskillset.com and anything you buy or sell on it. By using the site you accept them.

Who we are

Skillset is a marketplace for AI skill files. Skillset is a trading name (dba) of the company that operates this site. Contact: hello@buyskillset.com.

What you are buying

Every listing is a digital file, normally a single SKILL.md document containing a written workflow. You buy a licence to use that file for yourself or inside your own business. You may not resell it, republish it, or list it again on this or any other marketplace.

Delivery

Files are delivered to your Skillset library as soon as payment is confirmed. There is nothing to ship and no waiting period.

Payments

Payments are processed by Whop, which acts as merchant of record for purchases made here. Your card details are handled by Whop and never reach Skillset. Charges may appear on your statement as Whop.

Accounts

You sign in with an email link rather than a password. Keep access to that email address secure; anyone with it can reach your library. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Selling on Skillset

If you list a skill you confirm that the work is yours to sell, that you have the rights to everything inside it, and that it does not contain another party's confidential or copyrighted material. Skillset takes a platform fee on each sale, shown to you before you publish. We may remove a listing that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is unsafe, misleading or unlawful.

What a skill is and is not

A skill is a written workflow. It is information, not a service, an agent acting on your behalf, or professional advice. Results depend on your own inputs, judgement, market and execution. No listing on Skillset is a promise of any particular outcome, income or return.

Skills that reference trading, investing or brokerage connectors are educational workflows. They are not investment advice and Skillset is not a broker or an investment adviser. You make your own decisions about your own money.

Connectors and third-party tools

Some skills work alongside third-party services. Those services have their own accounts, terms and fees, and we are not responsible for what they do. A skill never connects a service, spends money or publishes on your behalf by itself.

Acceptable use

Do not use Skillset to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to attack the site, or to buy or sell material that is deceptive or harmful. We may suspend access where these terms are broken.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Skillset is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item the claim relates to.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
